Dr. Gregory Powell
Dr. Gregory Powell is a board-certified physiatrist with secondary board certification in Pain Medicine who specializes in non-operative treatment of sports injuries and spine disorders. Dr. Powell earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin, and received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee.
Dr. Powell entered his residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. There, he had the distinction of serving as chief resident for the Department of Rehabilitation.
In addition to his practice, Dr. Powell also serves as the Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Southwestern Medical School’s Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
Dr. Powell has served with the Army National Guard since 1986, and currently is a Lieutenant Colonel with the U.S. Army Reserve.
